Ingredients
500 ml
Water
5 ml
Spice for Rice
250 ml
Tusk Super Maize Meal
1
Onion, Finely Chopped
500 ml
Cheddar Cheese
5 ml
Paprika
500 ml
Self Raising Flour
Oil
For deep frying
  1. Make soft porridge from the water, Spice for rice and Tusk Super Maize Meal Turn 2 cups of soft porridge into a mixing bowl and allow to cool slightly.
  2. Lightly fry the onions and add cheese to the porridge. Sift together the dry ingredients and mix with the porridge.
  3. Heat the oil in large saucepan and fry teaspoonfuls of the mixture until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
